The entry test for admissions in the course of BS "Biomedical Engineering" (Academic Session 2013) held at Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS) Jamshoro on Thursday. A total number of 300 candidates appeared for 30 seats in the category of Open Merit for the province of Sindh.

Vice Chancellor LUMHS Professor Mashoor Alam Shah said that it is a matter of pride that the course of BS "Biomedical Engineering" at LUMHS has been started under recognition from "Pakistan Engineering Council" and the "Higher Education Commission". He added that the Biomedical Engineering combines engineering expertise with medical needs for the enhancement of health care.
